Check in was smooth and staff friendly. Wi-Fi works well although a new code must be entered daily, not sure why. Nice small lake. Place clean and well maintained. Pull thru site not as long as most KOA's so had to unhook dinghy. Near two major roads but noise tolerable. Noise within the park another story. One afternoon it was the leaf blower, then were awakened by tree trimming, take down and stump grinding at, get this, 8AM. Ridiculous. Then it was the power washing around the office building. I understand wanting to keep the park neat and clean but at what cost to the customer? Might return for an overnight only since I-95 access is very close.

The rate is based on a four month stay. Things have changed since we were last here in 2007, and that's not a good thing. The park models have, and are, taking over, and the true RV is relegated to the less desirable slots. With all the park models being set up it's like living in a construction zone. The whine of saws and the noise of nail guns begin too early. Management should key into the discontent since most we have spoken to will not be returning. They are nickel and diming with fees for trash pickup (only twice a week at your site - a joke) and sewer. I guess next thing will be to charge for water. The Wi-Fi still is terribly weak. Thank goodness for our Verizon Aircard. It's a shame that this park has forgotten that it was the RVers who made them successful in the beginning because the facilities are very nice but that doesn't make up for the shortcomings. And, to charge a fee to change sites is outrageous. Sorry to see what has become of this park as we will now be on the search for another warm location where RVs are welcome and their needs are understood.

Good, quiet location. Pull-thrus not yet available for use. Front desk friendly. Given tour to select site and escorted once we made our selection. Had a perfect view of Pike's Peak out our front window. While they list Wi-Fi as an amenity there is an additional charge to use Tengo. They should change it to Wi-Fi "available" to indicate extra fee. Unbelievably they do not have cable. We would definitely return.

Our stay didn't start out on a good foot because the young man at the front desk was somewhat rude and inhospitable. Being the slow season we were given a choice of sites. Sites are terraced which allows for good views of mountains. Wi-Fi was iffy but Verizon aircard worked well. All sites have full-hookups. Convenient to downtown Santa Fe and would probably stay here again. Enjoyed the Farmers Market.

Wonderful location with easy access to all Taos has to offer. Well landscaped with good site separation. Roadways are gravel and somewhat dusty at this time of year. Easy access to site within park. Very quiet. Wi-Fi worked great. Front desk friendly. Terrific mountain views. No cable available but satellite worked fine. Would definitely stay here again.
